Danielle Foster, GIA G.G., G.P., is a Dallas, Texas native and grew up in her family’s jewelry and pawn business. Having grown up in the industry, she decided to pursue a career in jewelry. Upon graduating from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) with her Graduate Gemology (G.G.) and Graduate Pearls (G.P.) diplomas, she began working in the New York Diamond District and later at a prestigious auction house in Dallas.
Fascinated by gems from a young age, Danielle pursued a career to combine her two passions: jewelry and design. Her love of fashion, gemstones, and innovation led to the birth of byGemGirl, a private jewelry concierge and custom design house. She also works with her brother, who designs and manufactures jewelry to bring clients’ ideas to life. As a result, Danielle and her byGemGirl team can create and cultivate unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for less than you dreamed possible.
