Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact byGemGirl through our Contact page and include your order number and the item you wish to return. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid FedEx shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
